With twenty-five years experience in the real estate industry in several states, I have set record sales growth goals while working in the real estate and mortgage industry. After twenty-five years in the United States Army, I retired as a Command Sergeant Major with accomplishments ranging from many high level accolades throughout my career, to establishing a junior achievement program for hundreds of schools throughout Southeast Texas. I’ve also assisted hundreds of young men and women initiate their careers by helping them choose the United States Army. During my military career, I taught soldiers the importance of team work and leadership. I also taught military classes training soldiers on displaying high ethical standards, morals, and loyalty. There are three standards in which I live by: Honesty, Truth, and Loyalty. These standards have transferred to my new career, real estate and mortgage. With my extensive military career and a degree in Business Management and Communications from Concordia University, I am continuing to instruct and train realtors, loan officers, and mortgage brokers on the importance of outstanding customer service. I encourage all team members to continuously communicate with their clients. My team creates an environment where clients are educated about the real estate and loan process, while making themselves readily available for questions, and also follow-thru during and after the transaction. My team will display the highest customer service standards while incorporating loyalty, integrity, and selfless service to each and every client.
